Tempi lunghissimi di attesa per qualsiasi cosa

Great experience! Turned up with a badly wrapped parcel to send back to New Zealand. Woman behind counter said she had a little English but was amazing communicating with us – her little English was as good as a native speaker!
She explained the steps, led me through the Customs form and sorted out a box.
There is a number system so you can see where to go when your number is called instead of queui g in a soul destroying line. In and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this post office. Even have track and trace on parcel!

This is the worst post office I have ever been to. I went in to mail a small package back home. The lady who drew our number said she doesn’t speak English so we attempted to tell her what we needed using Google translate. She became very angry with us because we didn’t speak Italian. She is the first person we have met who doesn’t speak English at least a little. She threw the pen at us when we asked to use it. During the middle of our transaction she moved onto the next customer and was mad at us for not being finished with the transaction yet, because she would not help us, even though we were trying use Italian to communicate. She asked how much the package was worth and I wrote the value, then she scratched the value out and lowered it. I have no idea why. There were many other workers there and I’m not sure why she didn’t just send us to a different person. Don’t waste your time going here if you do not speak much Italian.

You cannot post wine. Not helpful at all. Asked who can do it, they said “all they know is the post office”. Haha.
